Did I remember to arm the security
system? - This was the question
that often popped into my head 5 minutes
after leaving the house. Now, I simply
pull up the house on my iPhone, PocketPC
or call in and verify the alarm is set.
If not I can set it from anywhere.
The Event Log - Our
automation system keeps a log of all
activity in the house. We can track
everything from how many times the
doorbell rang this week to what time did
the cleaner arrive.
 Keeping
tabs during a natural disaster
- It may sound far fetched, by anyone
who has been evacuated from their home
due to hurricane, flooding, or fire
knows the pain of not knowing if their
home will be there the next day.
Our
cameras and remote access DVRs allow you
to view you home from any web browser.
It will not stop the disaster, but at
least you will not be left in the dark
wondering what the status of your home
is.
Water, water everywhere
- Nothing on earth is more destructive
than water. The power of a leak in your
home that goes unnoticed for a period of
time is absolutely devastating! Wood
flooring will buckle, moldings and
sheetrock are destroyed, appliances can
be shorted, pilot lights extinguished
and mold forms after you have everything
"cleaned up" and repaired. Early warning
of a leak can save your home. Let the
system give you a call and warn you in
advance.

Welcome Home - Outdoor motion
detectors, can turn on outdoor lights

Can
this system integrate with my current
security system (ADT, Brinks, etc)?
Our automation panels have a full
security system built into them. Because
of this, we can't integrate with your
current alarm panel. However, we can use
all of the same security contacts, all
you need to do is move the wires from
your current panel to the automation
panel.
What are the monthly fees?
$0. There are no monthly fees or long
term contracts to sign with our systems.
Most of our clients elect to have the
house call them in case of fire or break
in. If you prefer to have a professional
monitor station notified it will cost
$22/mo.
Can the system be professionally
monitored?
Yes, we can either sign you up with a
monitoring company or you can select
your own. Ours costs $22/mo.
What happens if I get up in the
middle of the night, will I set off the
motion detectors?
We are able to configure each security
device to only trigger the alarm at set
times. We typically have the motion
detectors arm when you are gone during
the day or on vacation. Doors and
windows arm all the time. This is 100%
customizable based on your preferences.

garage door sensors
will let you know
when you have left
your garage door
open. In addition,
we can use the
opening of the
garage door as an
indicator to turn on
inside lights to
welcome you home.

simple yet reliable
surface mount motion
detector. We can use
this to report a
break in, as well as
